Jenn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She also currently holds three certifications in yoga through Yogafit (Level 1, Level 2, and Mommy and Me). Jenn has previously taught classes as a certified Zumba instructor, STRONG by Zumba Instructor, as well as different fitness classes (cycling, ab circuits, and more), before taking time off from fitness instructing to have her daughter. When it comes to her training philosophy, Jenn believes that there is no one size fits all and looks at every opportunity to work with a client as a new and personalized experience. She aims to help clients reach their individualized fitness and nutrition goals through hard work, accountability, dedication, and consistency.
Eric is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. He has years of fitness experience through team sports, and his time at the gym over the past 25 years. Eric believes in hard work, dedication, and consistency when seeing results at the gym. He always gives 100% every session and pushes everyone around him to strive for greatness. With a focus on good form and strong compound movements, Eric can build realistic programs for those interested in taking their fitness journey to the next level!
