About Us

Find Your Fit was born from a passion for fitness and nutrition. Jenn and Eric met at a gym in 2009, and have always shared a love for working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. While they have both spent years learning and growing in their own fitness journeys, there was a desire to take things to the next level. 

Jenn has worked as a fitness instructor, zumba instructor, strong by zumba instructor, and yoga instructor. She still currently teaches yoga classes. Eric has years of experience being on different sports teams throughout his life such as; gymnastics, lacrosse and swim. Both Jenn and Eric decided that if they ever wanted to help people on a more individualized platform, they would need to get certified as personal trainers and nutrition coaches, and that is what they did. They both currently do in-person training at a local gym, but wanted to be able to expand their reach. Building an online fitness and nutrition coaching business allows them to do just that. 

The idea behind Find Your Fit, is that no one person is the same, and finding a way to make fitness and nutrition FIT into your lifestyle, is a very personalized journey. That is what Jenn, Eric, and the Find Your Fit team aim to do, help YOU make fitness and nutrition FIT your lifestyle. 

The goal is to educate and encourage as you work with us to build life-long habits. Coaching with us is not intended to be a forever commitment, but rather a moment in time where you learn what works for you, what fits your vision of a healthy life, and then taking what you have learned and creating habits that will result in change. Being realistic and open-minded will be the keys to helping you navigate the start, or continuation of your fitness journey with us.
